On 2 June and 20 august 2009, we conducted briefing sessions for neighbours to inform them of the project.

The secretariat for Aarhus Docklands informed the neighbours of the vast scope of the project in the new urban waterfront neighbourhood. Afterwards, the neighbours in the area had the opportunity to be more thoroughly introduced to the project and ask questions regarding the impact the work will have on their everyday lives.
